Despatch!
All orders are despatched within 2 working days.
Delivery!
Pirate Verte uses 1st class (recorded) one or two day postage service, this is preferred as it is traceable.
We package every parcel to a high standard, but in the unlikely event of a breakage we will do all we can to fix the item. We can not be held responsible for negligence or improper use on the part of the courier companies.
International Delivery!
All international orders are welcome.
We deliver to Worldwide destinations outside of the UK by recorded Airmail.
Product Consistency!
As you will have probably read, our products are all handcrafted & constructed using a variety of natural materials. Every product has character and tells a story that can in some cases date back over millions of years due to the fossils etc.
Refunds & Legal Rights!
At Pirate Verte we offer a full 7 day refund/credit note from day of receipt which will be confirmed by tracking, providing they are in original condition. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. The sale of goods act states that you have the right to return your goods if they are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose intended or are not as described. Faulty goods must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
Once the refund has been agreed it will be issued immediately.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Pirate Verte will arrange for a refund/exchange. Pirate Verte's decision is final.
Credit notes will last 1 year from the date of issue.
Title of Goods!
All goods supplied by Pirate Verte remain our property until all outstanding payments are made in full.
