Welcome to our Bespoke Service
The next step in customer service!

 Allowing you 100% input into the making of your item. From our range of exquisite materials, choose findings, beads, gemstones, charms etc, to your exact requirements, adding more Uniqueness!
Together through e-mail we will send options and visuals of our range, by the end we will have compiled an item that is so exclusive it will hold sentimental value.
 
Why Would I use Bespoke?
1. Combining products
You may have seen 2 or more products with elements you like & would like to combine them to create your ideal piece.
2. Colour requirements
You may have specific colour requirements or colour combinations that are not available.
3.Eliminating dislikes
You may have seen something perfect for yourself but there is something that you would like to change. Or there may simply be certain charms etc that you just dont like.
4. It's been sold
As some of our products are one-off you may miss out on something you really like. Ordering bespoke could allow you to create a similar item.

What do I do if I want to use Bespoke?
1. E-mail and discuss with one of our friendly team exactly what your specifications are for the proposed item. If we have enough
details the designer will then compile the piece.
2. We will then contact you via email with descriptions, costs and an image of the item produced.
3. If satisfied, please let us know via e-mail, ( info@pirateverte.com ) with confirmation that you agree. If the piece is not quite right
we will discuss changes and repeat the process.
4.Once you are happy with the item you may pay for it via PAYPAL.
5.We will then send the pieces to you at the earliest convenience.
THIS PROCESS USUALLY TAKES ABOUT A WEEK BUT IT REALLY DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU WANT.
WE WILL GIVE YOU A MORE ACCURATE TIME ESTIMATE AT THE TIME OF ENQUIRY....
